14-Week Accelerator

Your Mobile Food Business, Built Right.

Nick works directly with you — on your concept, your numbers, your systems, your launch. Not a course. A partnership.

This isn't a course. It's hands-on acceleration.

The Leila's Method Accelerator is a 14-week, 1-on-1 program built entirely around your business. No generic modules. No pre-recorded videos. Just Nick — working with you every week to build something real. When the situation calls for it, he draws on a deep network of operators and specialists who know their lane.

The Program

14 weeks, broken into 5 phases.

Phase 1

Weeks 1–3

Foundation

We start with your concept. Business validation, market research, and defining your brand identity — including the hunt for the right mobile setup for you, whether that's a truck, trailer, cart, or tent. You'll leave this phase knowing exactly what you're building and who you're building it for.

Phase 2

Weeks 4–6

Operations

The unglamorous work that separates successful operators from struggling ones. LLC formation, permitting, POS setup, licensing, commissary, and building your first booking playbook.

Phase 3

Weeks 7–9

Menu and Setup

This is where we really dig in. Proper equipment is crucial to your launch and to stewarding your investment well. We'll work through menu engineering, food cost guidance, pricing strategy, commissary kitchen setup (if needed), and equipment sourcing — making sure every dollar you spend is the right one.

Phase 4

Weeks 10–12

Marketing & Location

Brand identity, social media strategy, location scouting, event booking, and catering outreach. Building your client network before you open the window.

Phase 5

Weeks 13–14

Launch Readiness

Soft launch planning, staff training, and systems review. We'll give you everything we have to help you feel confident stepping into that first booking — but how far you go depends on the work you put in. That's the honest truth.

Everything included in your 14 weeks:
