Our Story
Started With One trailer. Built Into a Method.
Nick Vazquez helped his girlfriend — now wife — Leila launch her first food truck in 2018. He never planned to stay. Now they work together every single day.
This started as a love story. It became a business.
In 2018, Nick set out to help his girlfriend — now wife — Leila launch her first food truck. The plan was simple: get her up and running, hand it off, and move on to other business ventures.
That's not what happened.
Nick fell in love with the business — the hustle of it, the community, the freedom of making something work on wheels. What started as support became a calling. Since then he's run and built food trucks and mobile setups across multiple formats, learning every one the hard way.
Leila's Method is named after her — the woman who had the vision and the courage to bet on herself. The method itself is where Nick's execution brings it all together. This program is his. He's the one in the trenches with you, drawing on years of real operation and a deep network of operators and cuisine specialists when the work calls for it.
What we actually believe.
Nick isn't here to sell you a dream. He's here to guide you in building a real business on rock, not sand — one that runs on solid systems, treats people well, and holds up under pressure. Everything in Leila's Method comes from what he's lived and executed, not what he's read.
"I didn't learn this in a classroom. I learned it on the street."
What we bring to the table.
Active Operators
Nick still runs food trucks and mobile setups — this isn't theory, it's what he does every day
Built From Scratch
Started with zero industry experience in 2018 and figured it out the hard way so you don't have to
Real Systems
Every framework in the method came from building and refining our own operation over years
Mobile Food Focus
Nick brings in direct counsel when needed, along with a network of operators and resources to get your launch accelerated.
Ready to accelerate?
If you're serious about launching a mobile food business, Nick wants to hear from you. He works with a small number of people at a time — because that's how you actually help someone.
